Foxgloves has four bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 guests. It’s detached and in a quiet central location to Bude Town Centre and beaches.
It’s a 7 minute walk to the fantastic Summerleaze beach which also has a life guarded sea pool and approx. 5 minutes walk or less to the restaurants and shops of Bude.
Foxgloves also has off street parking for up to three cars.
There is a garden 3/4 of the way around the house, mostly laid to lawn, with a private terrace leading off from the Kitchen room with pear and plum trees (help yourselves)!
The kitchen has white units with a solid black granite work top and is fitted with stainless steel appliances and all mod cons, television, fridge freezer, microwave etc.
Sliding doors lead out on the private paved terrace area. The separate utility (washing machine and tumble dryer equipped) also leads out onto the garden area which is safe and secluded for children with the 3/4 garden which surrounds the house being gated off from the driveway.
There is a huge sitting room which has a wonderful wood burning stove and another wood burner in the kitchen slate room area complete with TV, Sky and DVD recorder
There is also a separate downstairs W.C.
Upstairs the master bedroom has an en-suite shower with another separate bathroom & shower on that floor. (There are four spacious bedrooms on the first floor.) The property has been newly refurbished and is immaculately furnished.
